Michael Carlin

Mike has 30 years’ painting experience and 25 years in business from large commercial projects to single family homes. Mike spent several years serving with the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) association for painting contractor in Seattle, WA and sat as President in 2005.

Throughout the years, Mike has transformed his business into a small team of highly skilled and trained painters focused on providing the highest quality painting service possible.

Mike’s philosophies for being a successful painter and business owners are built on the principles he learned from 3rd generation painting contractor Paul Fairchild “Paul the Painter”, which include:

  1. Be Honest with Yourself and Your Customers
  2. Work Hard and Do the Job Right the First Time
  3. Take Care of Your Employees and Your Equipment
  4. Treat Others as You’d Like Them to Treat You
  5. Hussle But Never Hurry
  6. Show Up When You Say You’re Going to Show Up
  7. Do What You Said You’re Going to Do
